To help your business improve HR processes, Enterprise Singapore has allocated government grants and appointed a pool of HR service providers to offer companies shared access to HR systems and services, including advisory services. With this, companies can outsource their HR functions and adopt HR solutions to maximise internal resources and the government grants support.
By outsourcing operational HR activities such as payroll processing and employee data administration, companies can focus on core business functions and strategic HR roles such as talent attraction and development, and look forward to savings in costs and resources.
Companies can select up to 3 areas of work for outsourcing. These areas cover
(1) Basic HR Operations,
(2) HR Advisory and
(3) Shared HR Information Systems.
